Delete your MANJAM account

Delete in the app

Sign in, open Account → Privacy → Delete account, review the consequences, type the confirmation shown, and submit. The app signs you out only after MANJAM confirms the server-side request.

Request deletion without the app

Email privacy@manjam.app from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “MANJAM account deletion request” and state that you want the account deleted. Do not send a password, one-time code, payment-card details or identity document unless MANJAM provides a separate secure verification method.

What is deleted or retained

Eligible profile identifiers, account data and Live Chat content are deleted or de-identified. Minimum support audit, message timing/read state, security, dispute or legal-hold records may be retained only where lawfully necessary. Completed transaction, order, payment, fulfilment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, chargeback and compliance records may also be retained only where lawfully required. Device-only Saved items and Bag contents can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

Orders and MANJAM Balance

Deletion is blocked while a nonterminal order or unresolved customer-funded Cash Balance exists. Cash Balance is not forfeited. Promotional MANJAM Credit is non-cash and is forfeited when deletion succeeds under the disclosed Balance Terms. MANJAM explains any required resolution step instead of silently closing the account.

Timing and verification

MANJAM may verify account control before acting. We aim to complete an eligible request within 30 days and will explain if an active obligation or applicable law requires more time. A confirmation is sent to the verified contact channel when processing is complete.
