可接受使用与禁售商品政策
MANJAM 仅接受合法且符合支付合作方、银行及卡组织政策的个人购物/寻货需求。
1. 不接受
- 假货、赃物或通过欺诈取得的商品；
- 毒品、武器、爆炸物及法律禁止商品；
- 规避制裁或涉及受禁止个人/地区的交易；
- 汇款、套现、卡对卡转账，或为第三方/通用用途进行储值充值；本项不禁止在获得明确批准并启用后使用 MANJAM 自有的闭环 MANJAM Balance；
- 非法博彩或无牌金融服务；
- 违反知识产权、野生动物、海关或出口管制法律的商品。
2. 需要额外审核的类别
高价值订单、腕表、珠宝、贵重材料、特殊皮革或受监管商品可能需要额外文件、目的地限制或验证。
3. 客户责任
客户须提供真实信息，不得要求低报价值、错误描述商品或规避关税税费。
4. 拒绝服务
如存在法律、欺诈、制裁风险，或支付服务商、承运商或主管机关要求，MANJAM 可拒绝或暂停订单。已 Settled 款项的退款按退款政策处理；尚未 Settled 的 MANJAM Balance Reserved 金额可依 Balance 条款 Released 回 Available Balance。

Chính sách sử dụng & hàng hóa bị cấm
MANJAM chỉ tiếp nhận yêu cầu mua hộ và tìm mua hợp pháp, phù hợp với pháp luật, quy định của tổ chức thẻ, ngân hàng và đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ thanh toán có liên quan.
1. Yêu cầu bị cấm
Chúng tôi không tiếp nhận giao dịch liên quan đến:
- hàng giả, hàng trộm cắp, hàng có nguồn gốc gian lận hoặc bị chuyển hướng trái phép;
- ma túy, chất bị kiểm soát, vũ khí, đạn dược, chất nổ hoặc hàng hóa bị pháp luật cấm;
- né tránh lệnh trừng phạt hoặc giao dịch với người, khu vực hay tổ chức bị cấm;
- chuyển tiền, ứng tiền mặt, rút tiền, chuyển tiền giữa các thẻ hoặc nạp giá trị lưu trữ cho bên thứ ba/đa mục đích; quy định này không cấm MANJAM Balance khép kín của chính MANJAM nếu tính năng đó được phê duyệt và kích hoạt rõ ràng;
- cờ bạc trái phép hoặc dịch vụ tài chính không được cấp phép;
- nội dung khiêu dâm bất hợp pháp;
- hàng vi phạm pháp luật về động vật hoang dã, tài sản văn hóa, môi trường, hải quan, kiểm soát xuất khẩu hoặc sở hữu trí tuệ;
- bất kỳ danh mục nào bị pháp luật, ngân hàng, tổ chức thẻ hoặc đơn vị thanh toán cấm hay hạn chế.
2. Danh mục cần kiểm tra bổ sung
Một số mặt hàng có thể cần chứng từ, giấy phép, xác minh tuổi, hạn chế theo điểm đến, giới hạn thanh toán thấp hơn hoặc quy trình kiểm tra bổ sung. Ví dụ gồm đồng hồ giá trị cao, trang sức, kim loại quý, vật liệu có nguồn gốc đặc biệt, đồ sưu tầm, mỹ phẩm được quản lý hoặc sản phẩm chịu kiểm soát xuất khẩu.
3. Cam kết của khách hàng
Khi gửi yêu cầu, khách xác nhận giao dịch và mục đích sử dụng là hợp pháp; người nhận và điểm đến không thuộc diện bị cấm; thông tin danh tính và hải quan là chính xác; và không yêu cầu MANJAM khai thấp giá trị, khai sai mô tả hay né thuế.
4. Kiểm tra và hủy đơn
MANJAM có thể yêu cầu thêm tài liệu, từ chối yêu cầu, hủy đơn trước khi thực hiện hoặc báo cáo hoạt động đáng ngờ khi có căn cứ hợp lý. Refund của khoản đã Settled được xử lý theo Chính sách Hủy & Hoàn tiền; phần MANJAM Balance đang Reserved nhưng chưa Settled có thể được Released về Available Balance theo Điều khoản Balance.

Đối tác không được tự tạo lượt giới thiệu cho chính mình, dùng danh tính giả, chuyển hướng thanh toán, che giấu nguồn gốc giao dịch, tạo lưu lượng giả, gửi thư rác, gắn cookie trái phép hoặc che giấu khách hàng, sản phẩm, bên bán, giá hay mục đích thực của giao dịch.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Items Policy

MANJAM accepts only lawful personal-shopping and sourcing requests that can be supported through the funding or payment methods available on the service.
1. Prohibited requests
We do not accept requests involving:
- counterfeit, stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unlawfully diverted goods;
- illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;
- firearms, ammunition, explosives, or prohibited weapons;
- sanctions evasion or transactions involving prohibited persons, territories, or entities;
- money transmission, cash advances, cash-out, card-to-card transfers, or third-party/general-purpose stored-value funding; this does not prohibit MANJAM’s own closed-loop MANJAM Balance when that feature is expressly approved and activated;
- gambling, illegal wagering, or unlicensed financial services;
- pornography or unlawful adult content;
- goods that violate wildlife, cultural-property, environmental, customs, export-control, or intellectual-property laws;
- any category prohibited by law or unavailable through the funding or payment methods offered by MANJAM.
2. Restricted categories
Certain items may require enhanced review, documents, permits, age verification, destination restrictions, lower payment limits, bank transfer, or prior review where required.
Examples may include high-value watches, jewelry, precious metals, exotic materials, collectibles, regulated cosmetics, medical products, and items subject to export controls.
3. Customer representations
By submitting a request, you confirm that:
- the transaction is lawful;
- the item is for a lawful purpose;
- the destination and recipient are not prohibited;
- you will provide accurate identity and customs information;
- you will not ask us to under-declare value, misdescribe the item, or evade duties.
4. Review and cancellation
We may request additional documentation, reject a request, cancel an order before fulfillment, or report suspicious activity where reasonably required.
Any settled-purchase refund will be handled under the Refund Policy, original funding source, applicable payment rules and mandatory law. An unsettled MANJAM Balance reservation may instead be released back to Available Balance under the Balance Terms.

Partners must not use the program for self-referrals, false identities, diverted payments, artificial traffic, spam, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, undisclosed endorsements, counterfeit promotion, or any activity that conceals the true customer, product, seller, price, or purpose of a transaction.
