MANJAM / 定价与结账
定价与结账
MANJAM 采用按订单报价的寻源模式。每个需求都会在付款前确认价格。
1. 按需求报价
报价对应具体商品、状态、来源市场与时间。若货源或汇率发生变化，报价可能设有有效期。
2. 付款前显示总价
Order Review 会列出商品寻源金额、服务费（如有）、配送/保险、税费或关税的处理、交易货币以及最终总额。
如结账页面将订单标识为“确认总额”，MANJAM 不会在结账后为该订单额外收款。如无法按该总额发货，MANJAM 会在发货前联系客户，并提供适用的取消与退款选择。客户要求的重大变更需要新报价和明确接受。请参阅 确认总额承诺。
3. 交易货币
客户仅按结账页面显示的货币与金额付款。发卡银行可能另收外汇或跨境费用。
4. 无隐藏卡片附加费
MANJAM 不会仅因客户选择银行卡而在付款后追加费用。由 MANJAM 收取的金额均会在确认前展示。
5. 最终确认
付款前，客户会再次确认商品、价格、配送、取消/退款政策以及适用于该 Order ID 的条款。

Giá & Thanh toán
MANJAM báo giá riêng cho từng đơn mua hộ và tìm mua. Mỗi đơn có bản xác nhận cuối ghi rõ sản phẩm, tổng tiền và thông tin giao hàng.
1. Báo giá theo từng sản phẩm
Do nguồn hàng và giá quốc tế thay đổi, giá trong phần khám phá không phải lúc nào cũng là chào bán ràng buộc. Trước khi thanh toán, khách nhận báo giá chính xác cho sản phẩm hoặc yêu cầu đã xác định.
2. Tổng giá cuối cùng gồm những gì
Bản xác nhận đơn hàng cuối cùng thể hiện, khi áp dụng: sản phẩm và tình trạng; giá trị tìm mua; phí dịch vụ MANJAM; vận chuyển và bảo hiểm; cách xử lý thuế; loại tiền tệ; và tổng số tiền phải trả.
Khi bước thanh toán xác định đơn hàng có Tổng tiền đã xác nhận, MANJAM không thu thêm sau khi thanh toán cho đơn đó. Nếu không thể gửi hàng ở tổng tiền này, MANJAM sẽ liên hệ trước khi gửi hàng và đưa ra lựa chọn hủy đơn, hoàn tiền theo chính sách áp dụng. Thay đổi quan trọng theo yêu cầu của khách cần có báo giá mới và sự chấp nhận rõ ràng. Xem Cam kết Tổng tiền đã xác nhận.
3. Loại tiền tệ
Loại tiền tệ hiển thị trên Bản xác nhận đơn hàng và trang thanh toán là loại tiền tệ của giao dịch. Ngân hàng của khách có thể áp dụng phí ngoại hối hoặc phí xuyên biên giới riêng.
4. Không phụ thu chỉ vì dùng thẻ
MANJAM không cộng phụ phí chỉ vì khách chọn phương thức thẻ được chấp nhận. Phí dịch vụ, vận chuyển, bảo hiểm, thuế nhập khẩu và thuế khác là chi phí của đơn và được công bố trước khi thanh toán.
5. Xác nhận cuối trước thanh toán
Yêu cầu nháp từ ứng dụng, email, chat hoặc kênh giới thiệu chưa phải đơn có thể thu tiền. Khách phải xem và chấp nhận sản phẩm, giá, loại tiền tệ, thời gian giao, điều kiện hủy/hoàn tiền, điều khoản tìm mua, bên bán và các chính sách áp dụng trước khi sang trang thanh toán bảo mật.

Pricing & Checkout
Effective date: 8 August 2026
MANJAM prices each requested item individually. Before you decide, the final order information shows the item, total and delivery details.
1. Quote-based product pricing
Because requested products are sourced from changing international retail and commercial sources, public catalogue prices are not binding offers. Before payment, each customer receives an exact order quotation for the identified item or sourcing request.
2. What the final price shows
The final order review identifies, as applicable:
- requested item and condition;
- item sourcing amount;
- MANJAM personal-shopping or sourcing service fee;
- international delivery and insurance;
- duties and tax treatment;
- transaction currency; and
- total amount payable.
When checkout identifies an order as having a Confirmed Total, MANJAM will not collect an additional amount after checkout for that order. If we cannot dispatch at that total, we will contact the customer before dispatch and offer the applicable cancellation and refund option. A customer-requested material change requires a new quote and express acceptance. See the Confirmed Total Commitment.
3. Transaction currency
The currency shown on the final Order Review and payment step is the transaction currency for that order. The customer’s issuing bank may separately apply foreign-exchange or cross-border charges.
4. No card surcharge
Where a card payment method is offered, MANJAM does not add a surcharge solely because the customer chooses that method. Delivery, insurance, service, duties and taxes are shown before the customer decides.
5. Final acceptance before payment
A draft request from the app, email, chat, or referral channel is not a chargeable order. The customer must review and accept the final item, price, currency, delivery estimate, refund/cancellation terms, sourcing terms, merchant identity, and applicable policies on the merchant website before continuing to the payment step.
