1. Authentic products only

MANJAM does not knowingly source or supply counterfeit goods.

We source from official boutiques, authorized retailers, established distributors, reputable commercial suppliers, and other sources that pass our risk and documentation review.

An authentic item may be sourced through a lawful independent or secondary distribution channel. MANJAM does not represent that every item is purchased directly from the brand or that MANJAM is an authorized dealer.

2. Source and chain-of-custody records

Depending on the transaction, we may retain:

• supplier or boutique receipt;
• commercial invoice;
• funding or payment record, where applicable;
• source identity and due-diligence record;
• item reference, serial, date code, or other identifier;
• inspection and authentication records;
• dispatch photographs;
• courier and delivery records.

Confidential supplier information may be redacted in customer-facing copies but may be provided unredacted to payment processors, banks, card networks, regulators, courts, or authorities when lawfully required.

3. Verification process

Our verification may include:

• physical inspection;
• comparison of construction, materials, typography, hardware, serial/reference information, packaging, and known product characteristics;
• review of source documentation;
• independent third-party authentication where appropriate.

No single authentication technique is infallible. Our guarantee is the contractual remedy stated below, not a claim that an inspection method is incapable of error.

4. Condition records

Before dispatch, we may record photographs, video, serial/reference details, measurements, weight, packaging, and disclosed condition.

These records help identify the exact item supplied and resolve damage, condition, authenticity, and item-substitution disputes.

5. Authenticity guarantee

If a delivered item is determined to be inauthentic through the claim process below, MANJAM will:

• arrange an approved return at its cost; and
• refund the amount paid for the affected item, associated MANJAM service fee, and standard delivery charge.

This guarantee is in addition to any non-waivable legal rights.

6. Claim process

Notify support@manjam.app within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Provide:

• Order ID;
• clear photographs of the item and identifiers;
• the reason for concern;
• any independent written opinion already obtained.

We may request examination by a qualified independent authenticator reasonably recognized for the relevant product category.

The parties should cooperate in selecting an appropriate authenticator. A boutique’s refusal to inspect or authenticate is not, by itself, conclusive proof.

7. Return security

The item must be preserved and returned according to our instructions.

We may compare the returned item with pre-dispatch records to confirm that it is the same item and has not been altered or substituted.

Damage, alteration, removal of identifiers, or failure to return the same item may affect the claim to the extent the issue prevents reliable evaluation, but does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer or boutique warranties and after-sales services are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the order.

MANJAM is responsible for the written MANJAM guarantees applicable to the order.
