1. Independent business

MANJAM is an independent personal-shopping and product-sourcing platform.

Unless expressly stated and supported by written authorization, MANJAM and THT GLOBAL LIMITED are not authorized dealers, franchisees, agents, affiliates, representatives, sponsored partners, or endorsed entities of the brands displayed or requested through the Services.

2. Trademark use

Brand names, product names, model references, logos, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

They are used only as reasonably necessary to identify, describe, compare, or authenticate genuine products requested by customers.

Their appearance does not imply affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or responsibility by the trademark owner for MANJAM’s services.

3. Product images and content

Product images may be:

• photographs of the specific item;
• supplier or retailer images used with permission or on another lawful basis;
• editorial/reference images;
• representative images clearly identified as such.

Copyright remains with the applicable owner. Contact legal@manjam.app regarding a good-faith intellectual-property concern.

4. Authenticity and sourcing

MANJAM does not knowingly source counterfeit goods.

An authentic item may be lawfully sourced through an independent commercial channel. “Authentic” does not mean that MANJAM is authorized by, partnered with, or supplied directly by the brand.

5. Manufacturer services

Brand warranties, repairs, returns, loyalty benefits, purchase history, boutique privileges, or after-sales services are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the confirmed order.

6. No legal overstatement

This Disclaimer does not claim that every use, import, export, or resale is permitted in every jurisdiction. Transactions remain subject to applicable trademark, customs, consumer, sanctions, and other laws.
