Personal Shopping & Sourcing Terms

These terms explain how MANJAM accepts and fulfills personal-shopping and sourcing requests.

1. Independent sourcing service

MANJAM is an independent sourcing service and is not an authorized dealer, franchisee, affiliate, or representative of the brands that may be requested or displayed, unless expressly stated in writing.

We source authentic branded and non-branded consumer products from official boutiques, authorized retailers, established distributors, and other reputable commercial sources.

2. Draft requests and official orders

A request created in the app, chat, email, wishlist, or catalogue is not yet a binding order.

The official order is created only on the merchant website after you review:

• the exact requested item or category;
• brand, model, size, color, material, and condition where applicable;
• final amount and currency;
• service fee and other charges;
• shipping and duties/taxes treatment;
• estimated sourcing and delivery period;
• cancellation, return, and refund rules;
• merchant-of-record details.

3. Price quotations

A quotation is valid only for the period stated. Prices may change due to retailer pricing, exchange rates, availability, taxes, shipping, or insurance.

Once checkout identifies an order as having a Confirmed Total, MANJAM will not collect more for that order after checkout. If we cannot dispatch at that total, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the applicable cancellation and refund option.

A customer-requested material change requires a new quote and express acceptance. If an obvious pricing error is found before sourcing, we will offer a corrected quote or the applicable cancellation and refund option; we will not collect the difference without your express acceptance. 4. Availability and sourcing acceptance

If and when an approved funding or payment method is activated, Balance funding, a card authorization, or other payment acceptance will not guarantee that an item can be sourced. MANJAM may conduct availability, fraud, compliance, and identity checks before accepting or settling an order.

If we cannot accept or source the requested item, we will notify you. Where MANJAM Balance was used and the amount remains reserved, the unused amount will be released back to Available Balance and restored to the same Cash Balance or MANJAM Credit category originally reserved. Where a settled external payment requires a refund, it will be handled under the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and applicable payment rules.

5. When sourcing begins

Sourcing begins when MANJAM:

• sends a “Sourcing Started” notice;
• reserves or purchases the item;
• pays a supplier or boutique;
• incurs a nonrecoverable procurement cost; or
• otherwise commits resources specifically to your confirmed request.

After sourcing begins, cancellation rights may be limited as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Product specifications

You are responsible for reviewing the final specifications before committing funds to the order.

For apparel, footwear, rings, bracelets, and other sized goods, sizing can vary by brand and region. Unless a sizing error is ours, an incorrect fit is generally treated as a change-of-mind issue.

For natural materials and handmade products, minor variations are not defects unless they materially differ from the confirmed description.

7. Condition categories

The checkout will identify the applicable condition:

• New: unused, but packaging may show handling or transit wear.
• New with boutique/retailer handling: unused item that may have been displayed or handled.
• Pre-owned: previously owned or used, with a condition report.
• Vintage: older item with age-related characteristics disclosed in the condition report.

8. Source records

We maintain sourcing and purchase records for compliance, authenticity, accounting, and dispute handling.

Where commercially and legally appropriate, we may provide a copy or redacted version of a source receipt. Supplier pricing, personal data, trade routes, and other confidential information may be redacted. Unredacted records may be provided to payment processors, banks, card networks, regulators, courts, or authorities where lawfully required.

9. No third-party payment processing

Payment links and checkout sessions are issued only for orders sold and fulfilled by THT GLOBAL LIMITED. We do not accept funds on behalf of unaffiliated sellers or transfer customer card proceeds to third parties as a money-transmission service.
